ANIMAL MASSAGE AND WELLBEING
I offer massage sessions for horses and dogs to support their wellbeing, recovery and ease of movement. The service is suitable both for preventive care and for supporting specific issues. Every session is adapted to the animal’s needs and current condition.
PRICE: 90 €
Price: 85 € per horse when multiple horses are in the same location
Transport fee is added based on location (0.50 €/km).
Equine massage
The focus is on body balance, mobility, performance, and relaxation.
Suitable for both sport and leisure horses.
Session duration: approx. 60 minutes
Techniques used:
• General massage to relieve muscle tension
• Myofascial release to improve fascial elasticity
• Trigger point therapy to reduce tension in specific areas
• Stretching to increase range of motion
Result: your horse moves more freely and recovers faster.

Massaaž koerale
The focus is on body balance, mobility, performance, and relaxation.
Suitable for dogs of all ages and levels, including sports dogs, dogs in recovery and older dogs.
Session duration: 45-60 min
Techniques used:
• General massage to relieve muscle tension
• Myofascial release to improve fascial elasticity
• Trigger point therapy to reduce tension in specific areas
• Stretching to increase range of motion
Result: your dog moves more freely and recovers faster.

Multi‑animal package
Save 10% on massage sessions when you book treatments for multiple animals at the same time.
This package is ideal for owners with two or more dogs and/or horses. You can combine them freely — for example 1 horse + 1 dog, or 2 horses, 2 dogs and so on.
Package conditions:
When booking at least 2 massages for two different animals at the same time, a 10% discount applies to the total massage amount.
The discount applies only to massage sessions, other services are added according to the price list.
Examples:
1 hobune + 1 koer: (90 + 45) = 135 € → 10% allahindlus → 121,5 €
2 hobust: 90 x 2 = 180 € → 10% allahindlus → 162 €
2 dogs: 45 × 2 = 90 € → 10% discount → 81 €
Transport fee
Transport within the Tallinn and Tartu areas (up to 25 km) is free of charge. For longer distances, a transport fee of 0,50 €/km (round trip) applies starting from the 25th kilometre. The exact transport cost will be confirmed when the booking is finalised.
Example: A stable located 35 km away: (35 − 25) × 2 × 0.50 € = 10 € transport fee, which can be shared between all clients at that location.

History & goal mapping
Before our first appointment, I will send you a short questionnaire by email. Filling it out gives me an initial overview of your animal’s general condition, background and any concerns you may have. During the first session, we also take time for a thorough conversation and observation.

Movement and posture assessment
Next, we move on to both static and dynamic assessment. I observe your animal at rest and in motion to identify possible tension, asymmetries or areas where the body may be out of balance. This helps me understand where the tension originates and what kind of support your animal needs.

Approximately 60‑minute massage
The active part of the session lasts around 60 minutes. I use a variety of techniques depending on your animal’s needs, including general massage, myofascial release, focused point work (tension and trigger points), kinesiology taping, stretching and joint mobility assessment.

Aftercare – stretches
If needed, I will show you simple stretches you can safely do at home. These help maintain the results and support your animal between sessions.

Session report
After each appointment, you will receive a detailed report by email. It includes what was done during the session, your animal’s reactions, areas of tension and recommendations for next steps.

Feedback and communication
I truly appreciate hearing how your animal feels after the session. You are always welcome to write to me, share observations or ask questions.

Movement analysis and posture assessment
Fully online service – a professional assessment without leaving your home
Who it’s for: horses and dogs who show changes in movement, posture, stiffness or asymmetry.
How it works:
Send movement videos of your animal: walk and trot from the front, side and behind, for horses, also movement on a small circle
• I analyse symmetry, rhythm, posture and compensation patterns
• I identify possible areas of tension or signs of discomfort
• You receive written feedback and recommendations for next steps (massage, stretches, veterinary check, etc.)
Result: an objective and professional overview of your animal’s movement, helping you make informed decisions to support their health and wellbeing.

Kinesiology taping for horses
Kinesiology tape is an effective addition to supporting a horse’s wellbeing and movement.
I use RockTape Equine, a tape specifically designed for horses — 180% stretch, breathable and with an extra‑strong adhesive. The tape stays on for 3–7 days, supports natural movement, reduces tension and helps the body recover.
Taping is suitable both for preventive care and for supporting specific issues. Each application is tailored to the horse’s needs and current condition. The price depends on the size of the area being taped.
Techniques used:
• Lymphatic taping to reduce swelling and fluid retention
• Muscle activation or relaxation depending on the horse’s needs
• Supporting free fascial movement
• Decompression taping to release trigger points
• Supporting tendons and muscles during recovery
Result: the horse moves more freely, tissues recover faster, swelling decreases and body awareness improves. Taping extends the benefits of massage and supports the horse in everyday movement.

Travel and take care of your plans with peace of mind – I’ll keep an eye on your friend’s every step.
I have experience caring for dogs of different breeds, temperaments and activity levels, including pets with medical or special needs.
Only one dog is hosted at a time to ensure full attention and a calm environment.
